Global Kids Program Fees 2024-2025
Fees are based on a regular schedule of 3:30-5:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 2:30-5:30 PM on Wednesday to accommodate early release.
Remaining fees after deposit are billed in 10 monthly payments via autopay (August 2024 – May 2025).
Enrollment for all Alternative Days, including school breaks, is on a daily basis; please sign up for individual days as needed. Billing for all break days will occur one week prior to the first day of the break.
Enrollment and Billing
- Remaining fees after the deposit are billed in 10 monthly payments via autopay (August 2024 – May 2025). Billing will occur on or after the 25th of each month for the following month’s program fees.
- Enrollment in the regular school day after school program will require a $100 non-refundable deposit per amount of days of the week enrolled. The deposit will be applied towards the remaining total balance, which will then be split into 10 even monthly payments.
- Enrollment in the after school program will be ongoing and carry over month to month unless a student withdraws from the program. Global Kids must be notified no later than the 20th of the current month to drop from the upcoming month and not be billed. If a child drops the program mid-month, the fees for the remainder of the month will not be refunded or prorated.
- Enrollment for Alternative Days will be a la carte, per day, for all individual Alternative Days and for all extended school breaks. Alternative Day fees require a non-refundable reservation fee of $25 per day. The remaining fees for each Alternative Day are due one week before the program date.
Late Pick-up: All students must be picked up no later than 5:30pm or a late pick-up fee will be charged. The late pick-up fee is $2 per every minute late.
Sibling Discount: Global Kids offers a 10% sibling discount on the program fees for families with more than one student enrolling. The discount will be applied to the 2nd and subsequent siblings enrolled in the program.
Payments: Families will sign up for autopay during the Global Kids enrollment process in CampSite. CampSite accepts credit and debit card payments.
Late Payments: Accounts must be paid in full by the end of each month. Families with an outstanding balance at the end of the month may lose their place within the program.
Cancellations and withdrawals: Families may cancel or withdraw from a program at any time; however, the reservation fees are non-refundable. ($100 per child, per day of the week for monthly fees and $25 per child, per Alternative Day). Cancellations can be made in writing to globalkids@intlschool.org.
Withdrawal from the Extended-day Program: Withdrawals from the regular school day program must be made in writing at globalkids@intlschool.org by the 20th of the current month otherwise full program fees will be due and charged for the following month. Please submit cancellation requests in writing to globalkids@intlschool.org.
Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for the monthly fees due to program closures in order to ensure consistent staff compensation.
Cancellations of Alternative Day Enrollment: Cancellations must be made more than 7 calendar days before the program date in order to receive a refund of the remaining fees after the non-refundable deposit, otherwise full program fees will be charged.
