Our goal is to collect the minimum amount of information necessary – whether from applicants, enrolled students, alumni, employees, or contractors.

A person’s interaction with ISP occurs during the admissions process, during matriculation (and throughout a student’s enrollment at the International School of Portland), and as alumni. We also collect information from applicants for employment as well as employees and contractors of the school.

It is important to ISP to protect the privacy of young children who may use our website. ISP does not knowingly solicit or collect the personal information of children under the age of 13 on this website. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to submit an inquiry form or application to ISP. Parents or legal guardians of a child under the age of 13 must complete the inquiry form and consent to the submission of an application to ISP.

ISP may make changes to the information, content and/or policies contained on this website or the offerings and/or services described on this website or the website at any time at its sole discretion with or without notice. ISP makes no commitment and undertakes no obligation for it or its users to update the information contained herein. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, our online form, or other direct contact from you.

We use a third-party provider to fulfill orders. request information from you on our store order form. To buy ISP merchandise from them, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
