The Online Silent Auction includes some amazing student art and other fun baskets and items! Bidding for the online auction will start at 8:00am on Friday, January 26 and close at 11:50pm on  Saturday, January 27.

You don’t have to attend the Gala or even be in Oregon to bid and win!

Golden Ticket Raffle!

We are excited to announce that our golden ticket raffle is back and bigger than ever! This year, one lucky winner will receive a World Traveler package and get to choose one out of 5 trips to go on!  Choose from one of these world class destinations:

Tuscany – 5 Night Luxury Stay at Cortona Resort & Spa with Daily Breakfast, one Dinner at the Hotel, and a Massage treatment and Spa for (2).

Auction Art Project Showcase

Join us for a showcase of class art projects and class baskets that will be available on the silent auction!  Come get a sneak peak on the items! More details to come.

Silent Auction

Student art projects and class baskets will be available on our online auction that will open on Thursday, January 25 and close at 11:59pm on Saturday, January 27. 

Global Gala & Live Auction

Join us in-person on Saturday January 27 at 5:30pm to enjoy our gala! During cocktail hour we’ll have various ways to win something fun including our popular Wall of Wine, a gift card wall, and golden ticket purchases for our raffle. The highlight of the evening will be our live auction followed by our special appeal paddle raise.

Donate

Do you have a timeshare? A favorite restaurant, coffee shop, or activity that you can get gift cards for? Any cool experiences? We’re looking for all kinds of donations to benefit our auction. From big to small, any little bit helps us raise money for our beloved school!

Volunteer!

Want to donate your time to the auction? Volunteer to help out leading up to or at the gala! You can commit as much or as little time as you’re able to! While we do need help leading up the event, most of our volunteer positions will be at the gala itself. Please view a list of volunteer opportunities at the link below. 

Special Appeal

The culminating moment of our global gala is our paddle raise where generous donors and supportive families donate to our special appeal which is always focused on making our school a better place for current and future students. Past appeals have supported campus beautification, library improvements, and more.
