ISP Kindness Week
Today, we begin the ISP Week of Kindness! This was announced to students during the Spirit assemblies last Friday. During the week, classrooms will build kindness paper chains that we will then put together as one ISP paper chain on the 12th during an assembly. Acts of kindness are linked to the IB Learner Profile trait of “Caring.”
Each child should receive a paper chain loop if they demonstrate an act of kindness. Students and staff will give the following colors to their classmates and students, and/or staff:
- PreK and LowK: Red
- Kindergarten: Orange
- First Grade: Yellow
- Second Grade: Green
- Third Grade: Blue
- Fourth Grade: Indigo
- Fifth Grade: Hot Pnk
- Specialists: White
- Staff: Light Pink
We will be assembling one big chain at the end of this week. Perhaps we can have something look like the photo above. The goal is to have at least 2,000 acts of kindness!!!
