The Owl 8/11/22

MySchool App: Please complete your 2022-23 School Year Forms!

It’s time to complete your forms for the new school year! Each student is assigned a back-to-school checklist, which includes a number of important forms.

Go to: https://intlschool.myschoolapp.com/

Upon logging in, you should see a yellow banner on the top of the screen asking you to please complete your student forms and checklist(s).

Please review and/or complete each of the forms. If you completed the forms last year, you will already see pre-filled information. The forms include:

  • Medical permissions, insurance and doctors
  • Emergency contacts
  • Household contact verification
  • Enrollment Policies Acknowledgement for returning families (new families already completed this upon enrollment)
  • New families are also asked to upload immunization and vision & dental verification forms.
  • Covid-19 Vaccination forms. While vaccinations are not required for students, they are highly encouraged. Over 85% of our elementary student population is vaccinated.

NOTE: Authorized pickups will be added in SchoolPass, our arrival and dismissal app. More information about that – and potential revisions to arrival and dismissal procedures – coming soon!

School Lunch Vendors

We are happy to be bringing back lunch delivery options for the 2022-23 school year! We have two confirmed vendors for the year and are hoping to confirm with 1-2 more.

We will update this section with vendors and ordering information soon!

WEDNESDAYS: Olia Poke and Tea
Olia Poke and Tea is a fast-casual restaurant concept with the compassion and hospitality of a fine dining experience serving poke, traditional Vietnamese sandwiches, salad rolls, along with a variety of boba tea. Olia is run by a current International School or Portland family and started delivering delicious lunches to us last year!
NOTE: Ordering info coming soon!!

FRIDAYS: Belle Pomme
Also returning from last year, Belle Pomme is a plant-based café owned by an International School of Portland alumni family. All ingredients provided on the menu are plant-based and nut free. They also offer gluten-free options. Belle Pomme uses Grand Central Bakery (not Gluten Free)’s bread for their sandwiches, real avocado (not spread) and most of the ingredients are non-GMO. Their smoothies are made with real fruit, no syrup or cane sugar. NOTE: Ordering info coming soon!!

As a reminder: snacks are provided to our preschool and kindergarten students by ISP.
