Update from Robert – Dec 16, 2013

Dear Parents,

In some ways it’s hard to believe that we’re almost at winter break, and yet I know that many people are ready for a vacation from the usual routines. In the spirit of the holidays, I have two short videos to share with you. The first is our third graders talking about projects they did for their “Who we are” unit of inquiry. The central idea for the unit was “Being aware of shared universal needs can prompt people to take action.” In this inspirational video, the students explain how they took action to help others.

The second is a short video message from the whole administrative staff (lyrics by Jan Williams, Dec 2009). We all wish you all a joyful and peaceful holiday season and a wonderful 2014!
