Library News and Musings

Open-mindedness is so much fun to teach!  As I was suggesting books on various cultures and traditions to students for the library's snowflake project, the students and I were immediately rewarded with great examples of open-mindedness and close-mindedness, which made for great teaching moments. The kids have really embraced this learner profile and striving to achieve it is a life-long process for all of us.  Keep the snowflakes coming all week! Click here for more info.

Something Old, Something New Reading Challenge
