Get Those Running Shoes On… TUESDAY Sept 28

Tomorrow (Tuesday, Sept 28th) will be this year’s Run for the Arts. All grades will be participating to help earn money for our school’s Art and Music programs and for Visiting Artist Assemblies with this fun-filled event. Please pledge generously!

A few things to remember:

  • Please dress your child appropriately to run…especially the shoes!

  • Send a water bottle with your child so that he/she will be sure to hydrate.

  • Do NOT return your sponsor sheet tomorrow—the number of laps run will be sent home with your child in the afternoon.

  • Sponsor sheets and collected pledges are due by Wednesday, October 20th

If you would like to volunteer and have not already signed-up you are welcome to show up anytime between 7:30 and 1:30 in the field behind the garden to help with the Run. Even if you are only able to help for a short while it will be appreciated. I have e-mailed all the volunteers whose names I had - if you didn't receive my e-mail, please contact me.

9:00-9:20 Pre-K
9:30-10:00 Kindergarten
10:10-10:40 1st Grade + Norma’s class
10:50-11:20 2nd Grade
11:30-12:00 4th Grade
12:10-12:40 3rd(except Norma) and 5th Grade
