Auction Gala Volunteer Resources

Thank you for interest in being an auction volunteer!  On this page you will find resources to help you with your auction projects.

This year, join us for our annual weekend event, the 2023-2024 Global Auction Gala.  Our weekend event will run January 25-27, 2024.   The Gala is ISP’s largest fundraising event; we raise over $300,000 that will directly and immediately benefit our teachers and students!  This event funds educational technology, teaching tools, classroom equipment, teacher professional development, and so much more!

Our annual gala’s success depends largely on the work of our amazing group of parent volunteers.  Thank you for your time and commitment to the success of this event and our students!

Class Art Projects

Collaborative art projects are the highlight of our annual gala!  The students take great pride in their work and are excited to share their projects with their families.  These projects will be bid on to help raise funds for our students and teachers.  Would you like to volunteer as the lead for your child’s class?  Contact your room parent and Allegra Lopez.

Class Packages

Putting together a class package together for this year’s auction is optional but classes are encouraged to participate in one of two ways.  These traditionally themed packages of items and/or experiences help raising a significant amount of revenue for the school during our silent auction.

 

*** Note: We no longer take bottles of liquor to include in our baskets per OLCC laws. Beer, wine, and cider are fine, but must be in factory-sealed containers. Please inform our class and keep in touch with the class basket/artwork coordinator so that your basket can fall within the guidelines.  Please DO NOT drop off alcoholic beverages to teachers in classrooms; you may coordinate with Allegra Lopez or Beth Katona for pickup or can be dropped off at the Arthur Admin Building (0122 SW Arthur).

Important Dates

  • Class Package and Class Art project leads determined by October 8, 2023.
  • Class Package and Class Art project ideas due by October 29, 2023.
  • Completed Class Packages and Class Art due in the Auction Office by Friday, January 5, 2024.

 

Sponsorship
