Try LiveMocha!

Would you like to brush up on your language skills, learn a new language or learn more about the language your child is learning at TIS?  Live Mocha is a largely free, online language-learning resource offering courses in 38 languages. Multnomah County Library cardholders may access the service free through the library’s catalog by searching “livemocha” and following the registration prompts.  Others may register online at livemocha.com.

From the website:

Livemocha is committed to creating a world in which every human being is fluent in multiple languages. As the world’s largest online language learning community, Livemocha fuses traditional learning methods with online practice and interaction with native language speakers from around the world.

I would like to hear reviews from parents or staff who use this resource over the summer!
